Joyce teaches an open class where anyone is welcome, camera on or off.
Every MONDAY 7.45-9pm (GMT).
Each class is themed, with a beautifully interwoven approach of philosophy as well as movement practice. Joyce believes in passing on the full 8-limb approach of Yoga, which includes meditation practice, mindfulness, as well as breathing practices too, on top of the practice of Hatha flow. Expect some movement (without perfection!) and a nourishing restful Savasana and to feel de-stressed afterwards!
